Worry-Free Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and want you to shop with peace of mind. Most items purchased at Secondhand Cash are backed by our 30-Day Defect Warranty.

30-Day Buy-Back Policy

Changed your mind? No problem! If you purchased an item within the last 30 days, we’ll buy it back as long as it’s in the same condition it was sold. A restocking fee applies: 20% for cash returns or 10% for store credit. It’s our way of giving you flexibility while keeping our inventory fresh and fair for all customers.

Policy Highlights:

Warranty covers defects only — the item must be malfunctioning.

Computers & Tablets: Repair-only coverage during the warranty period.

Car Stereo Amplifiers/Radios: Covered if installed by our preferred installer and accompanied by an installation receipt.

Wheels & Tires: Not covered.

Speakers (Home, Car, Computer, Bluetooth): Not covered.

DVDs & Games: Covered by a 24-hour exchange policy only.

Please keep your original purchase receipt — it’s required for any warranty claim.

90-Day Layaway Program

Get the items you love now and pay for them over time. Our layaway program is simple and affordable.

Program Details

20% non-refundable deposit required to hold items.

Minimum payment of $5 required every two weeks to keep the account active.

Layaway must be paid in full within 90 days.

Missed payments or cancellations will result in items being returned to stock and deposit forfeited.
