Conditions
Car stereo equipment must be installed by the management’s preferred professional. Merchandise must display a defect that was not apparent at time of purchase. Defect must not be due to misuse. Management reserves the right to decline to offer a warranty. Lack of warranty will be made clear to the customer prior to purchase and written on the receipt.

RETURN POLICY

Defective merchandise will be:
Repaired, Exchanged, or Refunded.

Return Details
Customers must return all merchandise including accessories and cables along with receipt for proof of purchase. If the return is car audio equipment then the receipt for installation must also be presented.

Customers returning merchandise they no longer want will be issued either:

  • Store credit and charged 1/2 the restocking fee or
  • Cash and charged the full restocking fee
